Tymo Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

Scope and Developer

Tymo by Atharva Kodre is a personal attendance companion for AM Infoweb employees. It operates only on https://aminfoweb.keka.com/. This policy applies to the Tymo Chrome extension developed by Atharva Kodre.

Information Tymo Uses

When you open Tymo, it reads attendance dates, displayed effective-hour totals and swipe-log entry and exit times from your Keka attendance page. It uses these to estimate daily and weekly hours, breaks, target progress and finishing times. It may open swipe-log dropdowns to read their contents. It also uses the schedule, theme, scale and leave choices that you enter into Tymo.

Information Saved Locally

Tymo uses chrome.storage.local in your Chrome profile to save working days, shift and target settings, theme, panel scale, current-week leave adjustments, leave-prompt decisions, first-entry clock times and a local update timestamp. It does not use Chrome storage sync. Full attendance tables and swipe-log histories are processed in memory rather than intentionally retained as a persistent attendance archive.

Retention and Deletion

Preferences remain until you change them or remove the extension. When Tymo loads its weekly state, it removes stored Tymo leave-state records for other weeks. This cleanup is not an independent background deletion timer. Uninstalling Tymo removes its local extension storage. Reset schedule settings resets schedule preferences only; it is not a full data-deletion action. Refresh any open Keka pages after uninstalling to remove an already displayed panel.

Sharing and External Websites

Tymo does not upload attendance records or saved preferences to the developer, sell user data, or use advertising, analytics or tracking services. The extension has no developer-operated attendance backend. Keka continues to handle your account and attendance under its own applicable policies. If you click a link to Keka, Behance or Vikram Arne’s website, your browser opens that website, which receives a normal web visit under its own policies. Tymo does not attach attendance data to these links.

Access and Security

Access to website content is restricted to the AM Infoweb Keka domain. Tymo does not request passwords, read authentication cookies, or change official attendance records. Data is kept in Chrome’s local extension storage under your browser and operating-system protections; Tymo does not add its own encryption layer. Anyone able to use your Chrome profile may be able to access its extension data. Use a separate Chrome profile for each person because saved Tymo state is not separated by Keka login within one profile.

Limited Use

Tymo’s use of user information complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Information is used only to provide the attendance features described here. It is not sold, used for personalized advertising, unrelated profiling, creditworthiness or lending decisions.

Your Choices

You can change schedule and display preferences, edit or clear local leave choices, disable leave suggestions, disable the extension, or uninstall it. Tymo’s estimates do not replace official Keka attendance records, and its leave choices do not submit leave applications.

Contact and Changes

For privacy questions, use the support contact provided on Tymo’s Chrome Web Store listing. The developer’s public profile is https://www.behance.net/atharvakodre. Material changes to data handling will be reflected in this policy before the corresponding release.
